Photo Island offers an open-air photo booth and an optional inflatable enclosure — perfect for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, birthday parties, and more.
What areas does Photo Island serve? 📍
Photo Island serves the South Bay (Torrance, Lomita, Carson, Redondo Beach, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach) and Orange County.
How much space is required for Photo Island’s setup? 📏
A minimum 6 ft x 8 ft space with level ground is required for proper setup.
What power source does Photo Island need? 🔌
A standard 120V outlet within 10 feet of the booth location is required.
Can Photo Island set up outdoors? 🌤️
Yes — as long as weather is safe and shade/cover is available. Photo Island does not set up outdoors during rain, storms, or extreme heat. Note that access to an outlet is required OR you can add a generator to your booking.

How do I book with Photo Island? 📝
Booking is confirmed once the photo booth rental agreement is signed and a 25% deposit is paid.
Does Photo Island require a deposit? 💳
Yes — a 25% deposit secures your event date.
When is the remaining balance due? ⏰
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What is Photo Island’s cancellation policy? ❌
Full refund: 21+ days before event
50% refund (at Photo Island’s discretion): 21–7 days before
No refund: Within 7 days
Are early end times refundable? 🛑
No. Early client-initiated shutdowns do not qualify for refunds.

When does Photo Island arrive to set up? 🚚
Photo Island arrives 60 minutes before your photo booth rental start time.
How long is teardown? 🧰
Teardown takes about 30-45 minutes after your event.
Does Photo Island provide props and backdrops? 🎉🎭
Yes — fun props and themed backdrops are included with attended packages.
What if the photo booth stops working? ⚠️
If Photo Island cannot provide a working booth for the full rental period, you will receive a full refund. Partial operation due to venue or weather issues may be prorated.
Does a Photo Island attendant stay for the whole event? 👨💼
Yes — for attended packages, a trained photo booth attendant stays to assist guests and maintain the photo booth.
📌 PHOTO DELIVERY & RIGHTS
When will I receive my digital photo gallery? 🖼️
Your digital gallery is typically delivered within 48 hours.
Who owns the rights to the photos? 📁
You retain all rights. Photo Island may use select photos for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
Can I request that my photos not be shared online? 🛡️

What is Photo Island’s guest behavior policy? 🚫
Photo Island maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or unruly behavior. Service may be stopped without refund if the photo booth attendant’s safety is impacted.
Is Photo Island liable for injuries or damages? ⚖️
No. The customer assumes liability for guest conduct and venue conditions.
Who is responsible for damage to the equipment? 🧨
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by guests or misuse.

Does Photo Island require nearby parking? 🅿️
Yes. Parking fees will be charged to the card on file if applicable.
What happens if weather interrupts an outdoor event? 🌧️
Photo Island may pause or stop operations for safety. Weather interruptions may qualify for partial refund at Photo Island’s discretion.
Can Photo Island set up on upper floors or far from parking? 🏢
Yes — but difficult access may cause setup delays. Please notify the sales person upon booking if access to an elevator is not available.
